Training Sessions Fremantle Rowing Club will always aim to be as accommodating as possible to ensure your team members can attend all land and water based sessions. With that in mind FRC will run the following sessions- Commencing the week of Jul 17th '23 Weekday Sessions: Tues/Thurs 6-8PM Week 1: Introduction to rowing on land - ergo Week 2: Tech & Power - ergo Week 3: Race Simulation and Team Relay - water & ergo Week 4: Race Practice - water Weekend Sessions: Sat/Sun 10AM-12PM Week 1: Introduction to rowing on water Week 2: Tech & Race Prep Week 3: Race Practice Week 4: Corporate Challenge Each session will last 1hr. You will only need to attend 1 weekday and 1 weekend session per week Weekday sessions will incorporate land training on ergos. All sessions are developed with our key attributes in mind. Four team members to train and race in a 4+ is priced at $4,400 (inc. GST) Eight team members to train and race in an 8+ is priced at $8,000 (inc.
