Snap Send Solve / Report an Issue

There are two ways to report an issue to the Town.

You can report an issue using Snap, Send, Solve or by completing the online from below.

Snap Send Solve is a free app that you can use to report issues to the Town of East Fremantle.

You can use the app to send a photo of an issue or incident and choose from a range of popular options including; general enquiry, litter, parking, pavement, road, street cleaning and trees. The issue is sent to the Town as a service request through our email system and is then processed like any other request.
