Request Copies of Plans

Important information:

Prior to a request for plans, the Town is unable to confirm whether any plans exist for a property. In some cases, plans may not be available, recoverable, or held on record for the requested property.

Where approved plans are located and available for release, the Town will contact the applicant to arrange payment of any applicable retrieval and scanning fees prior to providing copies of plans. Approved building plans only will be provided electronically.

Who can request copies of plans?

Property owners, or a person authorised by the owner may submit an online Request Copies of Plans application.

Application fee:

The non-refundable application fee is payable upon submission and will not be refunded if suitable plans cannot be located. Please see the Town's Schedule of Fees and Charges for the fee.
