Minister for Planning Approves Roofing 2000 site - Amendment 14

 On 27 January 2021 the Minister for Planning granted final approval of Amendment No. 14 and the Amendment was gazetted on 5 February 2021 for the purpose of:

  •  Modifying Part 5 General Development Requirements of the Planning Scheme by inserting Additional Site and Development Provisions in Schedule 13 for No. 91-93 Canning Highway (comprising Lot 418 and Lot 419 Canning Highway, Lot 81 St Peters Road and Lot 423 King Street), to guide redevelopment of the land for mixed use and multiple dwelling purposes (commercial and/or apartments).  
  • The Site and Development Requirements will be listed in Schedule 13 and, amongst other things, will provide development controls for land use, density, plot ratio, building height and setback and additional height (Figures 1 and 2).
