Community Design Workshop: George Street Shared Space

Residents, business owners and community groups and clubs are invited to participate in a community design workshop focused on the future of George Street.
The purpose of the workshop is to work collaboratively with the community to explore ideas and concepts for improving George Street as a pedestrian-focused, low speed shared space.
The workshop will consider how the street can safely function as a place shared by pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles, while supporting reduced traffic speeds and improved amenity.
