Community Design Workshop: George Street Shared Space (Closed)

Residents, business owners and community groups and clubs are invited to participate in a community design workshop focused on the future of George Street on Thursday 23 April from 6pm to 8pm at the Town Hall, 135 Canning Highway.
The purpose of the workshop is to work collaboratively with the community to explore ideas and concepts for improving George Street as a pedestrian-focused, low speed shared space.
The workshop will consider how the street can safely function as a place shared by pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles, while supporting reduced traffic speeds and improved amenity.
