DIFFERENTIAL RATES - NOTICE OF INTENTION TO IMPOSE DIFFERENTIAL RATES

In accordance with Section 6.36 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Town of East Fremantle invites public submissions in respect of the proposed differential general rates or minimum payments, as detailed below;

• Residential (GRV)                    7.0359 cents in the dollar
• Commercial (GRV)                 10.6850 cents in the dollar
• Minimum (Residential)        $1112
• Minimum (Commercial)       $1663

For, each differential rate may be inspected at the Council Office, 135 Canning Highway East Fremantle from 8:30am–4:30pm Monday to Friday or from Council’s website www.eastfremantle.wa.gov.au

All submissions will be considered if received by the Chief Executive Officer, Town of East Fremantle, PO Box 1097, East Fremantle WA 6158, by 4:00pm 13 May 2019.
