White/metal goods collection

Bulk and white metal goods collections will begin from Monday 29 June. 

Please place your waste on the verge by 6am Monday and no earlier than seven days prior to collection. 

Accepted materials 

• Barbecues (not gas bottles) 
• Bicycles 
• Bulky toys
• E-waste (TVs, computers, accessories) 
• Fencing (timber and steel only)
• Floor coverings (linoleum, carpet)
• Fridges/freezers (door removed) 
• Garden hoses 
• Household furniture (no glass) 
• Mattress/es and mattress bases 
• Scrap metal 
• Plant pots 
• Small electrical goods 
• Timber (not garden waste; max 1.5m length) 
• White goods (doors removed) 
• Wire/strapping 

Please place these items in separate piles: 

• E-waste*
• Mattresses*
• White goods (fridge and freezer doors must be removed) 

*E-waste and mattresses may be collected separately from other bulk waste on a different day.
