The Town has been advised that the Western Australian Planning Commission will be considering the ‘Significant Development Application’ to Amend the Development Approval for the Royal George Hotel site at its meeting on Thursday, 11 April 2024 commencing at 2pm.
The matter is listed as Item 7.1 - Lot 303 (34) Duke Street, East Fremantle – Change of Use, Extension to Substantial Commencement Period and Design Modifications.

For applications to make a verbal deputation or provide a written submission to a ‘Significant Development Application’ meeting, please download and complete the request for deputation / presentation form below and submit it to committees@dplh.wa.gov.au no later than 2pm, three (3) working days prior to the meeting date.
