A fresh new farmers market is coming to Locke Park, East Fremantle this Spring.
The Town of East Fremantle welcomes the new East Fremantle Farmers Market – facilitated by the company behind the Fremantle Farmers Market and supported by Belgravia Leisure – on Saturday 7 November.
Residents are encouraged to grab their baskets and wander down to Locke Park, on the corner of Moss and Fletcher Streets, from 8am to noon, to enjoy a coffee, fresh produce, local arts and craft stallholders, and a selection of scrumptious foods.
Town of East Fremantle Deputy Mayor Lucinda Maywood said farmers markets were a wonderful, regular opportunity for residents to come together, shop sustainably and boost the local economy.
“We are proud to welcome the East Fremantle Farmers Market to the Town and celebrate everything they bring to our neighbourhood, including supporting local growers and artisans.”
Regular markets will be held on the first and third Saturday of each month until February 2027, with a view to extend into Autumn:

- Saturday 21 November 2026
- Saturday 5 December 2026
- Saturday 19 December 2026
- Saturday 16 January 2027
- Saturday 30 January 2027
- Saturday 13 February 2027
- Saturday 27 February 2027
Event organisers will re-evaluate the markets at the end of summer.

The East Fremantle Farmers Markets are supported by Belgravia Leisure, which manages the East Fremantle Community Park on the Town’s behalf.
Access to the market will be off Moss Street. Any enquiries about the markets should be directed to info@eastfremantlecommunitypark.com.
While the farmers markets are dog friendly, dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
