Love Ulrich Park? Help inform its future design

Community members who live near, or visit, Ulrich Park on Fraser Street, are invited to share their thoughts to help shape the design of a new playground.

Town of East Fremantle has released a short survey, seeking comments on visitors’ experiences, the current facilities and what visitors may like to see in the future.

The feedback will help to inform the design of a new playground, which is due to be upgraded during the 2026/2027 financial year.

Mayor Tony Natale said the Town was committed to providing modern and engaging playgrounds that catered for all users in the community.

“The Ulrich Park playground has reached the end of its life,” he said.

“In the 2025/2026 budget, the Town allocated $120,000 to design and scope a new playground.

“I encourage users of the park, and local families, to complete our survey and help us gain a better understanding of what facilities and play equipment community members enjoy, and what could be improved.”

To complete the survey, visit the Town’s consultation page on the website by 9am Monday 1 June.
