Amendment No.20 (Short-term Residential Accommodation)

Amendment No. 20 (Short-term Residential Accommodation) to Local Planning Scheme No.3 was gazetted on 18 November 2025.

The Amendment was required to update the Planning Scheme Text to introduce new and revised land use classes, general definitions and associated Text changes to facilitate State Government reforms for short-term rental accommodation.
