Local Planning Policies

Please note that as a result of recent changes to the Residential Planning Codes which came into effect on 10 April 2024:

For single houses where R80 density code applies, the provisions of the R-Codes Vol. 1 Part C override LPP 3.1.1;
For grouped dwellings where R30 density code applies, the provisions of the R-Codes Vol. 1 Part C override LPP 3.1.1;
For grouped dwellings and multiple dwellings where R40 density code applies, the provisions of the R-Codes Vol. 1 Part C override LPP 3.1.1; and
For multiple dwellings where R80 density code applies, the provisions of the R-Codes Vol. 2 override LPP 3.1.1.
