Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Town of East Fremantle has prepared (initiated) the abovementioned planning scheme amendment to Local Planning Scheme No.3, for the purpose of:

Modifying the Scheme Text and Scheme Map to change the permissibility classification for a Single House in the Town Centre zone to permit consideration of approval for a Single House.
