East Fremantle landowners and residents are invited to have their say on proposed changes to dwelling densities within the Town as part of preparations for its new Local Planning Scheme No. 4 (LPS4).
Residents in and nearby to Planning Areas F, G, H and I are invited to a drop-in information session at the Town Hall on Thursday 20 November from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.
Residents in these areas do not need to RSVP to the Town to attend.
The session will allow residents to view the proposals and share their feedback with Council officers which will help to inform the draft LPS 4.
If you are unable to attend the session, you can view the information and submit feedback from Friday 21 November by visiting the Town’s website.
Feedback closes 5pm on Wednesday 17 December 2025.
