Community Assistance Grants Program 2017/18 – round two now open

The Community Assistance Grant (CAG) Program aims to provide an opportunity for local clubs and groups to build capacity within their club and the community, promote and stimulate volunteering and youth development.  

As not all allocated Community Assistance Grant funds for 2017/18 have been claimed the Town of East Fremantle are offering local organisations the opportunity to apply again.

 Please keep in mind that there will only be a short timeframe for these grants

  • applications close 29 January 2018
  • successful applicants will be advised in mid-late February
  • monies will need to be spent (with an invoice supplied to the Town) by 15 June 2018.
In Round 1, the following grants were approved:
        
  • Dads of Richmond Kids (DoRKS) – Richmond Cup 2017 (to purchase Billy Cart kits & trophies)
  • $500 Richmond Primary School P&C – Movie & Arts Night / Mathletics Extra Curricular Activity : $3,000
  • East Fremantle Playgroup – Signage : $1,000      
  • East Fremantle Croquet Club – Croquet Balls : $925         
  • East Freo Farm Inc – Community Garden & Tools : $300
