LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 3 - STANDARD  AMENDMENT NO. 18 - NO. 31 (LOT 253) VIEW TERRACE

At its meeting of 21 September 2021 the Council resolved to support standard Scheme Amendment 18. The Amendment documents have now been forwarded to the Department of Planning; Lands and Heritage (DPLH) seeking consent to advertise for public comment.

Scheme Amendment 18 proposes to reclassify a former portion of Lot 311 (No. 43) View Terrace, East Fremantle (228m²) from its current Local Scheme Reserve (‘Public Purpose: Water Authority of Western Australia’) to an appropriate ‘Residential R17.5’ zoning under the Town’s Local Planning Scheme No. 3. This will formalise the existing use of this land for residential purposes (landscaped garden) following its amalgamation with the adjoining residential zoned lot at Lot 253 (No. 31) View Terrace.
