The Town has been advised that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) will be considering the Part 17 Significant Development proposal for The Entrance site at its meeting on Thursday, 11 May 2023 commencing at 1pm.
The matter is listed as Item 13.1 - Apartments, Office, Cafe and Public Open Space - Lots 418 (91) and 419 (93) Canning Highway, Lot 81 (70) St Peters Road and Lot 423 King Street, East Fremantle.

For applications to make a verbal deputation or provide a written submission to a Part 17 Significant Development meeting, please download and complete the Request for Deputation / Presentation Form and submit it to committees@dplh.wa.gov.au no later than 2pm, three (3) working days prior to the meeting date.
Please be aware late requests may not be accepted. An updated agenda, which includes details of deputations/presentations, will be available two (2) working days prior to the meeting date.
