Town wins Commendation in 2019 WA Heritage Awards

The Town of East Fremantle is pleased to advise that at the 2019 WA Heritage Awards Ceremony on Friday 29 March 2019, the East Fremantle Town Hall Refurbishment Project was awarded a Commendation in the category for Contribution by a Public or Private organisation.  This category demonstrates the commitment to cultural heritage and/or heritage-related work, services or programs in Western Australia.

Deputy Mayor Michael McPhail was on hand to receive the Commendation on behalf of the Town - pictured below  (left to right) is Brian La Fontaine, Peter Hunt Architects; Deputy Mayor Michael McPhail; Andrew Malone, Executive Manager Regulatory Services; Christine Catchpole, Senior Town Planner,  and Craig Peterson, ICS Building Services Group .
