Property owners in the Town of East Fremantle are advised that your annual rates notices will be going out shortly.
Thank you to everyone who registered to pay their rates online - this helps us save resources (including paper and trees).
With your rates notice, you will receive a Budget Bulletin which explains everything the Town will achieve in the coming 12 months.
Also on our website you can find information about how your rates are calculated, and explanatory information about why rates vary year to year.
We know that many people in our community are doing it tough, which is why we have kept rates as low as possible and made many cost reductions. If you are experiencing financial difficulty and wish to pay in instalments or get support during financial hardship, our staff can assist you.
