The inaugural Kai Fella Cup Dinner is a special evening to help raise funds in support of the Kai Eardley Fund; http://kai-fella.com.au/our-mission/ - tickets are $75 each (tables of 10).
The Dinner will be held on the evening of Friday March 29th 2019 and will be a pre-cursor to the inaugural Kai Fella Cup charity football match to be played between traditional rival football clubs CBC Amateur FC and North Fremantle Amateur FC on Saturday March 30th 2019.
The Kai Eardley Fund aims to create positive change for youth mental health and to honour the life of #eastfreo boy and talented footballer Kai Eardley. At its core, the fund implements and financially supports mental health programs in West Australian schools that wouldn’t otherwise be able to access them. The highly regarded workshops, facilitated by the ‘Tomorrow Man’ group, provide boys and young men the tools to cope with the stresses of adolescence and create an opportunity to break through the stereotypes of masculinity.
In Western Australia, the leading cause of death for those aged 15-44 is suicide; and 75% of suicides in WA are men. This needs to change.
100% of profits and funds raised on the night will be donated to the Kai Eardley fund.
There will be fantastic entertainment, great food and special guests plus heaps of surprises to be announced as the date gets closer - so grab your friends, book a table and stay tuned!
