Instalment administration fees: $15.00 per subsequent payment after first instalment.
Instalment interest: 5.5%p.a.
Differential rates: - Residential property: 7.9485
- Commercial property: 11.0186
Minimum rates: - Residential property: $682.00
- Commercial property: $840.00
Rubbish Service charges: - Residential property: Rubbish service is incorporated into rates
- Commercial property: $365.00
Ratepayers that choose to pay by either instalment option, must ensure that the first payment is received at the Town of East Fremantle by 2 September 2009 to be eligible to take up the instalment option.
Payments not received by the due date will incur daily late payment interest of 11%p.a. (registered pensioners and seniors excluded).
Emergency Services Levy
The Emergency Services Levy, which Council is required to collect on behalf of the State Government for the funding of the emergency services has been included on the rates notice. A brochure which provides information on the levy has been prepared by FESA.
