Mooring Pens

 The Town of East Fremantle currently has no pens available.

The pens are located in Riverside Road, opposite The Left Bank and the following conditions apply:

1. Pen Fees will apply from 1 July to June 30 each year and are reviewed annually;
2. Deposits and Fees must be paid in advance;
3. Please note Fees and Charges will be due and payable upon acceptance of the licence;
4. No Sub-Letting of pens will be permitted under any circumstances;
5. Pen Holders will be required to enter into a formal Licence agreement and adhere to all conditions therein;
6. Power and Water Fees are included in the Annual Fee;
7. All ropes, shackles and associated equipment is to be provided and maintained by each licence holder;
8. Council reserves the right to make and vary pen allocations;
9. Council reserves the right to cancel the arrangement if the conditions are not strictly adhered to;
10. Pen holders are required to hold a $10,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance policy;
